The Francis Lewis Varsity Cheerleading Team recently made their way to the sunshine state to compete in the Americheer International competition, an international cheerleading competition in Orlando, Florida. Ms. Franza, the cheerleading coach, prepped and accompanied the girls to this once-in-a-lifetime event. FLHS News documented the team’s road to the international competition.

UPDATE: The Francis Lewis Varsity Cheerleading Team won 2nd place for Varsity Spirit Leader Mount at Disney World. They were also awarded the “Show Your Spirit” Award for the invigorating energy the team displayed through their performances and were featured in InsideCheer Magazine.
