Hanne Liebmann, Holocaust Survivor, Visits Francis Lewis High School

Hanne Liebmann, a 94-year old-survivor of the Holocaust, came to Francis Lewis High School on May 8th to speak with students about her personal experiences while living in a concentration camp during the Holocaust. This is her sixth time visiting Francis Lewis, and Liebmann was honored with a plaque, flowers, and even a corsage after her talk. FLHS News interviewed students to reflect on the impact Hanne Liebmann’s words had on them, as well as the lessons they learned.
